Hi, I'm Nicole Groschen. I have been working with children since 1992. I started working with children before I had any
of my own, so you know this is what I choose to do.
I grew up in a small town in western Wisconsin. I am the oldest of 7. I was in the Air Force from 1987-1992.
After traveling around the world I went back to Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota. I graduated with a Pscychology
degree in 1997. I was then Married to a wonderful man named Chad, and we started a family in 1998. I started my home daycare
in 2002 after working in larger settings. I wanted a more personnel approach with the children in a smaller group setting.
I now have 2 fabulous assistants, and many of the same families from 2002. I am dedicated to our youngest group of citizens
and know I am doing a great job guiding and teaching these very wonderful little people.

What a job!
My job is to help guide and teach our future citizens to be respectful,
fun loving and responsible. I know I can do this and more. These years are very precious and everyone needs a great guiding
hand to succeed in the future.

My Hobbies and Interests
I have recently discovered biking. I now try to bike almost everyday. Since I live in an area with a ton of trails and
bike friendly roads, I can really ride all over in our local and Metro area.
I love to cook and bake. I started out by baking and it quickly turned into a major hobby. Now I don't want all the sweets
around so I have started to experiment with all types of cooking. Sometimes my family loves it, and sometimes we have to have
a back up.
